We picked up food, pizza was ice cold, the cheese was missing, noodles were ok but not really warm either ..... It's a shame

Great service and good food.

A wonderful place. You feel good. In this restaurant you still have the feeling that the customer is king. Every guest is greeted personally and almost every wish is fulfilled. The wines and the food are to die for. The dishes are still really Italian and not German. All around it is a wonderful experience every time. Thank you

A very nice place. We had great food and the waiters are very accommodating too. Even after the second visit, 14 days later, they knew what we like to drink. Top! Highly recommended! Very tasty food at very reasonable prices.

The three of us ate here yesterday and it tasted wonderful. Contrary to some reviews here, we found the waiters to be very friendly, courteous and competent. The waiters liked to joke and created a very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. At the end of our visit we had a little chat with a slightly older waiter, which made a very good impression on us. We'll definitely be back!

I had reserved a table a few days ago. When we wanted to make this reservation the next day, it quickly became apparent that the reservation had been forgotten. To forget something is human and not a problem at all, but the reaction of the waiters was not okay and extremely unfriendly. When it became clear that the reservation had gone under, there was no apology, instead we were ignored for a long time. After 15-20 minutes a waiter brought a side table, put it right in front of the door and was upset when we told him that this place was not okay for us. When we talked about our problem, the Lord got louder and louder, began to call us petty and finally said that he couldn't help our bad mood. As we left he laughed (presumably to save the situation from the other guests). We were always happy to go there, as we liked the food, but the behavior of the waiters was incredibly unprofessional and not okay. We will never enter this restaurant again!

The food tasted good. Unfortunately it was relatively little for the price and it was served lukewarm. We were not satisfied, we were not asked in between whether everything is ok or we might want to drink something even if our glasses were obviously empty. You had to make yourself very noticeable. I was very disappointed and unfortunately cannot recommend it.

Visit Sunday noon with reservation for 6 people. The four of us arrived 15 minutes earlier. When we were informed that two of us had to leave earlier to get their train, we were served the food earlier, so that they could leave the restaurant earlier. The rest waited for the two people who were still missing, who then arrived. I can only praise the service and the customer friendliness. We had different pasta and meat dishes. Everyone was very happy with their food. The prices are not low, but still reasonable. Since I can't think of a negative point, I give the full number of points.

This place has been around for many years and I have visited it again and again over the years. Yesterday, like some other guests, we wanted to eat something before going to the theater and decided on the Osteria. I asked an older waiter for a table and the first thing I heard was why the "Reserved" signs were on the table, then he showed me his appointment book with the remark that everything was full, and when I wanted to leave, he asked how much People and how long ... I told him we need a maximum of three-quarters of an hour, he assigned us a table outside in front of the bar, with the comment, a two-seater table! We sit down and somehow I didn't register that we had taken a seat at a 4-table (because they were small tables). We were immediately reprimanded and quoted at another table. Mind you, the 4-seater table of course stayed free during our stay! Then there was a bag that I had with me in the way ... during our short stay I was reprimanded several times and felt like I was in school. The food was moderate. Conclusion: These operators are "full", probably they live from regular guests ?! The waiter (I don't assume it was the owner, but it would be just as bad) acted like the patron himself, self-confident and unfriendly. He succeeded very well in conveying the feeling that one disturbs as a guest! If we had had more time, I would have got up and left immediately. It was definitely my last visit to this shop

Actually a very cozy Italian in the city center of Halle. The food was very tasty and ok in price. However, we had to wait 2 hours because it was very busy that evening. We had reserved a table, which unfortunately was not yet finished. So we had to wait. When it was finally served, there was no food. We then had to wait another 10 minutes for this. During the entire waiting period, there was not even a question whether we wanted something to drink. The staff was unfortunately very inattentive and overwhelmed that evening. I imagine a nice evening at the Italian differently. Too bad. I won't go back here anytime soon. There are other places.

Good Italian with extensive menu and a nice service as usual. Unfortunately, there are no dishes with Bolognese sauce, such as a classic lasagna. Note: All meat dishes are served with rosemary potatoes and daily vegetables.

So good Italian food you can get here but i m suffering due to some linguistic anomaly as i am not speaking German you can't use English that much 'cause it's not preferred over here.

Very good Italian food at reasonable prices. The whole thing in a very nice location and brought by attentive and funny service staff. If you like your pizza a little spicier: ask for the pepperoni oil.

This restaurant gave me the real feel of Italian meal in the heart of Germany. The food is well-priced and I am most impressed by the speed of processing our order. Oh, I should also mention that I had a non-alcoholic beer here for the first time..... this is a rare find/discovery for me.

This Italian restaurant is excellent on many levels. The entrees are great and range from Pizza to gnocchi to other pasta dishes. The desserts are incredible including the tiramisu and the perfideroles that my wife is still talking about 4 days later.
